How to shut down or reboot a Windows 8 Server

I have been evaluating the beta of Windows 8 Server and found that it is not obvious how you shut down or reboot it as the traditional start button and menu no longer exists. In the end I recorded this short video to explain how to do it…

    There are two ways to access Power Control options in Windows 8; you can either use classic hotkey combination Alt+F4 on desktop or open Charms box using Win+C hotkey to Restart, Shutdown, and put your PC to sleep
