St. Ives, St. Michael’s Mount & Land’s End

Had a busy couple of days while on holiday, have visited St. Ives a couple of times (both by car and by train, train is much easier, St. Ives isn’t well suited for cars), it’s a lovely place. Took a trip to St. Michael’s Mount while the tide came in and covered the causeway. Also been to Land’s End, God know why they have a giant Tardis there but I guess they have to try and find some way of fleecing the hoards of tourists of their hard earned euros and dollars. While in that neck of the woods I took a quick tour around the Porthcurno telegaph museum while Lenny spent some time with Taylor in the park outside. I found it quite fascinating, it really was the hub of the "Victorian Internet". We’ve had great weather up until today, it’s been a lot cooler and overcast today but still no rain. More pics in the Carbis Bay album. 🙂
